摘要

介紹阿維賽層之色層分析法(avicel layer chromatography)應用於胺基酸類(amino acids)分離與確認以及阿維賽板(avicel plate)之製造方法。阿維賽層之色層分析法對十九種遊離胺基酸之分離檢出能獲得良好之結果。以阿維賽做爲薄層色層分析法(TLC)之擔體，其優點爲：(1)簡單而迅速(2)分離效能良好(3)銳敏性高(4)呈色試藥之重叠性及與其他實驗法之配合效果佳。本法亦可適用胺基酸誘導體以及醫藥品上胺基酸混合製劑之分離鑑定。

A simple, rapid and highly sensitive method of avicel layer chromatography for the identification and separation of amino acids is introduced. The preparation of avicel layer is described and its applications to 19 kinds of L-amino acids are shown. Good results were obtained with 9 kinds of solvent system: n-butanol/glacial acetic acid/water (3:1:1), n-butanol/aceton/water/28% ammonia (5:3:1:1), n-butanol/methyl ethyl ketone/water/cyclohexylamine (4:4:2:1), acetonitrile/methyl ethyl ketone/glacial acetic acid water (2:1:1:1), n-butanol/methanol/28% ammonia (3:1:1), phenol/ water/28% ammonia (3:1:1), n-propanol/28% ammonia (7:3), isopropanol/28% ammonia (7:3), and chloroform/methanol/28% ammonia (2:2:1). The method can be effectively applied to the amino acid derivatives as well as pharmaceutical compounds.
