幼兒家長對教師信任、親師溝通和家長參與態度的影響關係

The Relationships among Teacher Trust, Parent-Teacher Communication, and Parents Engagement for Parents of Young Children

本研究聚焦幼兒家長對教師信任、親師關係和家長參與等態度,探討家長對教師信任與教師對幼兒教養觀念之認同圖像,檢視親師關係與親師溝通對其參與幼兒園活動之投入程度。研究者自編「幼兒家長親師溝通參與態度問卷」,「教師信任」、「師幼互動」、「親師關係」、「親師溝通」與「家長參與」等5個構面,使用偏最小平方法對不同潛在構面與整體路徑模型進行統計檢定。研究結果指出家長參與幼兒園運作及活動實務態度深受親師溝通意向之影響,且親師溝通意向受到其對師幼互動和親師關係態度之形塑,家長對教師信任感受亦影響此類態度之正向展現。

This research focused on the attitudes toward teacher trust, parent-teacher relationship, and parents engagement for parents of young children. It explores their configurations about parents' trust in teachers and teachers' recognition of educare thoughts of young children. The researchers were also examined the effects of parent-teacher relationship and parent-teacher communication on their engagement in preschool activities. The researchers developed the 'Questionnaire on Attitudes towards Parent-Teacher Communication and Engagement for Parents of Young Children' with five factors, including teacher trust, teacher-young children interaction, parent-teacher relationship, parent-teacher communication, and parent engagement. We used partial least squares to verify different latent factors and path models. The results showed that parents' attitudes regarding engagement in preschool practices and activities were heavily influenced by their perceptions of parent-teacher communication, and parent-teacher communication is framed by their perceptions of teacher-young child interaction, and parent-teacher relationship. These related attitudes were also affected by the parents' trust in teachers.
