高中職體育教師知覺工作特性與組織承諾之關係

Relationships between PE Teachers' Perception of Job Characteristics and Organizational Commitment in Senior and Vocational High Schools

摘要


本研究主要目的在探討高中職體育教師知覺工作特性與組織承諾之現況與關係,以及體育教師知覺工作特性對於組織承諾之預測力。本研究以臺灣高中職體育教師為研究對象,採分層隨機抽樣方式,共發出研究問卷500份,回收有效問卷262份,所得資料採用因素分析、信度分析、t檢定、單因子變異數分析、Pearson 積差相關、多元逐步迴歸分析等進行資料處理,結果發現:高中職體育教師對於工作特性之知覺屬於中高程度;高中職體育教師之組織承諾屬於中高程度;「兼任行政職務」與「兼任教練職務」等背景變項,在體育教師知覺工作特性有顯著差異;「性別」與「年資」等背景變項,在體育教師組織承諾有顯著差異;高中職體育教師知覺工作特性與組織承諾之間呈顯著正相關,且體育教師知覺工作特性之「任務重要性」、「任務自主性」、「任務完整性」等三個預測變項共可解釋體育教師整體組織承諾之43.1%。

The purposes of this study were to examine the current situation of PE teachers' perception of job characteristics and organizational commitment in senior and vocational high schools, and explore the predictive power of PE teachers' perception of job characteristics on their organizational commitment. PE teachers in the nationwide were selected through a stratified random sampling. Total of 262 usable questionnaires were returned. The statistical methods, including factor analysis, reliability analysis, t-test, one-way analysis of variance, Pearson product-moment correlation, and multiple stepwise regression analysis, were performed for data analysis. The findings from the analysis were summarized as follows: (1) The PE teachers' perception of job characteristics was at upper middle level. (2) The PE teachers' organizational commitment was at upper middle level. (3) Demographics such as ”with administrative position” and ”with coach duty” can influence PE teachers' perception of job characteristics. (4) Demographics such as ”gender” and ”seniority” can influence PE teachers' organizational commitment. (5) There was a significant positive relationship between PE teachers' perception of job characteristics and organizational commitment. (6) Parts of PE teachers' perception of job characteristics had significant predictability on their organizational commitment.
