教育投資對經濟增長具有促進作用已得到公認。以我國各個省市區作為橫截面單元，利用各個橫截面單元1998-2006年的樣本組成的面板資料對教育支出與經濟曾進行研究，結果顯示：財政教育支出與經濟增長存在協整關係，並且通過FMOLS和DOLS估算經濟增長的財政教育支出彈性。最後，提出一些建議

It is recognized that education investment has remarkable effect on economic growth. The author uses each province as the cross section units, and then makes use of the time series data from 1998 to 2007 to establish panel data to research fiscal education expenditure and economic growth. The results demonstrate that there is a long-term cointegration between fiscal education expenditure and economic growth. The paper applies fully modified OLS and dynamic OLS to estimate elasticity. Finally, some suggestions are proposed.
