本文旨在傳述筆者十七年來閱讀、講習《論語》的心得,首先對於「儒學擴大化」做一反省,並對經典特性展開釐清,闡明「交談、傾聽」與「辯論、言說」的異同,指出閱讀《論語》,重要的是要深切而妥貼的體會,以「交談」的方式來閱讀《論語》,萬不可從「辯論」的觀點來看《論語》。 進一步,吾人指出「經典之為一生活世界」乃是一「天地人交與為參贊的場域」,而此即是一切存有學、知識學、實踐學的基礎,實乃中國哲學最為重視、最為首出的智慧,亦是一切「圓教」之可能基礎。 其次,則究「言」、「形」、「象」、「意」、「道」五者逐層,揭示一經典之詮釋方法論,以為此五者有其互動之交談與相會,彼既有平面的互動,復有縱面的昇進,此值得吾人注意。再者,以《論語》書中「直在其中矣!」章,做為例示,闡析「公義與私義之分際」。最後,則以「走向生活世界的儒學」做為總結。
This article is to state the author's thoughts of reading and teaching Analects during 17 years. First of all, he makes reflections to the enlargement of Confucianism. He also makes clear the specialty of scriptures. Explaining the differences between ”dialogue and listening” and ”argument and saying”, the author indicates that it is important to realize Analects deeply with a dialogue way instead of a debating aspect while reading it. Further, he also points that ”the scripture is a living world” which is the base of all scholarship of existence, knowledge and fulfillment, and which is also the possible foundation of all ”divine teachings, Lastly, according to the five progress, from Words、Structure、Image、Intention、Tao, he states a hermeneutic methodology for scriptures.
