In the recent year, as the developing of the information technology, the information system of travel agency merged quickly. The scale of organization expand bigger and the manage of travel agency are more and more like enterprise. Like any other enterprise, the organization faces the huge demand of employees. The employees from the consolidated travel agencies in Taiwan are the target population. After analysis, the appropriate suggestions were made during the research.
