本研究在探討志願役士官兵留營意願,以工作價值觀為變數,工作滿意度中介變數探討相關影響之分析。以陸軍某新訓中心的志願役士官、兵為樣本,採用抽樣法選取受測者,共蒐集354份問卷。研究採用迴歸分析法檢定工作價值觀對留營意願之影響,並檢測工作滿意度之中介效果。研究結果顯示:(1)工作價值觀對工作滿意度呈正向顯著影響。士官兵價值觀滿意度較高的是敘薪的方式,滿意度較低的有從屬之間的關係及工作的自由發揮;(2)工作滿意度對留營意願呈正向顯著影響;(3)工作滿意度較高的是晉升機會及同儕關係,滿意度較低的是工作環境及領導風格;(4)工作價值觀對留營意願呈正向顯著影響,工作自由與社會地位、安全感價值觀知覺反應愈高,志願役士官兵之留營意願亦會隨之提升;(5)工作價值觀會透過工作滿意度的中介效果影響到留營意願。
