本研究旨在利用開放式地理資訊系統(Open GIS) 與無限射頻辨識技術(Radio Frequency IDentification, RFID)之概念,針對選定之物件開發並建立一校園設備自動化管理系統,以作為電子化設備管理運用之參考。 本研究開發之系統係免費之地理資訊軟體Geoserver 進行空間平面圖層之進置另運用南非Trolley Scan公司所發展之雷達式RFID (RFID-Radar) 為定位工具,結合所建立之校園設備空間模型,PHP崁入式HTML語言在利用MySQL做為關聯式資料庫管理系統,設計物件之搜尋及目標定位系統進而完成校園設施自動化盤點系統模組與設施資料庫管理系統。 本系統不僅可自動盤點與辨識目標設備資產,另可建置並提供物件之坐標資訊,藉由圖形化的操作介面來顯示有關目標設備之所在位置及異動狀況,以利管理者取得確實的目標資訊,達到簡化作業時間及節人力之管理目的。
The purpose of this research is based on the Open GIS and RFID techniques to build an automatic management system for campus equipment, and play as a prototype for practical implementation in the future. The system developed applies a free GIS, i.e. Geoserver, as the platform to display the maps. The locating tool is using RFID-Radar system. The PHP embedded HTML language and MySQL are utilized to design the related database management system. The GIS, RFID-Radar and database working together in this facility management system to perform the management functions. The system is tested to effectively identify and check the facility, along with the spatial information provided bye the RFID-Radar and the graphic display worked with the GIS. The users can use this system to analyze and manage the location and the status for the campus facility in an efficient way.
