摘要

近年來觀光產業的蓬勃發展，帶動國內興起許多小型旅館業之發展，然而大部分小型旅館的業者為缺乏旅館產業的經營管理知識，而適當的旅館管理系統導入可以協助小型旅館的良好管理，但是小型旅館的經濟規模甚微，傳統旅館管理系統龐大的購置金額和昂貴的維護費用並不適用，因此本研究以台南某休閒農場作為個案，進行小型旅館管理系統之建置，並在完成產品後針對使用者進行系統評估，將系統建置須著重的關鍵因子分為「硬體面」、「軟體面」、「流程面」，並針對結果提出相關的建置建議。

Recently, the flourishing developments of sightseeing industry in our country have driven rising of small-scale leisure hotels. However, the owners of the most small-scale leisure hotels who born and grew up in the traditional agricultural family lacked the operation and management knowledge of the lodging industry. By conducting an appropriate property management system, this system can assist the small-scale hotels with good management. Since the economic scale of the small-scale leisure hotels is very small, the traditional large property management systems which required huge purchasing fee and expensive maintenance expenses will not be applicable for them. The small-scale leisure hotels need to construct a high-mobility and cheap small-scale leisure hotel property management system to improve the competitiveness. This research takes a leisure farm in Tainan as case, expecting to construct an on-line property management system suitable for small-scale leisure hotel to solve the above demand problems of leisure farms. After constructing and evaluating, this research concludes three key factors of constructing system as followed: Hardware, Software, and Procedures. Finally, aims at conclusion to propose interrelated suggestion of constructing.
