國內許多企業都有自己的資訊部門去負責相關內部所需的資訊系統,先前文獻也探討出專案前夥伴關係與系統需求不確定性對專案績效的影響,專案利益相關人之間夥伴關係越良好,可以降低相關需求變動,也可獲得更完整的資源讓專案順利完成,卻仍有許多專案卻未必因此成功。高階主管可以提供更多對於專案達成目標所需的資源,然而卻有其限制,本文提出高階主管支持和參與的概念去探討這些風險因子之間的關係,利用問卷收集資料並使用結構方程模型分析,研究結果發現,在內置資訊專案中,專案前夥伴關係對於系統需求不穩定性與系統需求不穩定性對專案績效的影響,不如先前文獻所述的顯著影響;此外,也發現高階主管支持和參與的高低程度,對於系統需求不確定性會有所影響。
Many domestic enterprises have their own information technology department which is responsible for the relevant information systems requirement. Previous literaturea have shown that pre-project partnership and requirement uncertainty have significant impact on project performance. Although, partnerships between project stakeholders can reduce the negative required impacts for project performance, there is still many project failed. Because the top management can provide a lot of resources to help the project reach the goal, but also has its special restrictions, so we add the concept of top management support to discuss the relationship among these risk factors. We collect data by questionnaires and use structureal equation model to analyze it. The result shows that the relationship between pre-project partnership and requirement instability and project performance on in-house information systems project are not significant as previously described in the literature. In addition, we found that top management support will affect requirement uncertainty on in-house IS project.
