摘要


本文將討論以第二代電流傳輸器(CCII)所設計而成的五個弦波震盪器電路及三個正交震盪器電路。在本文中所討論的五個弦波震盪器電路中,前四個電路各用了一個CCII+、一個CCII-、兩個電容器以及兩個電阻器,其中兩個電路的電容器都接地;第五個弦波震盪器使用了三個CCII+、兩個電容器以及三個電阻器,此電路擁有一個高輸出阻抗的電流源,使得此線路可以直接驅動負載,而不需外加緩衝器。此外,若以CCCII+取代此電路之CCII+及其x端電阻,則可得到一個新型震盪器,此新型震盪器的震盪條件及震盪頻率可以透過獨立的輸入偏壓電流來各別控制。 在本文中所提出的三個正交震盪器電路,分別是由具有高輸入阻抗之一階全通濾波器及非反相積分器所合成的,且都只使用接地被動元件,以積體電路製造的觀點來看是非常有益的。本文所提出之震盪器電路皆可透過不同被動元件來控制其震盪條件及震盪頻率。

Five sinusoidal oscillators and three quadrature oscillators based on second-generation current conveyors (CCIIs) are discussed in this thesis. Among the five sinusoidal oscillators discussed in this thesis, each of the first four sinusoidal oscillators is composed of one CCII+, one CCII-, two capacitors and two resistors. Two of the first four sinusoidal oscillators have the advantage of using grounded capacitors. The fifth sinusoidal oscillator is composed of three CCII+s, two capacitors and three resistors. This configuration contains high output-impedance current source that makes easy to drive loads without using any buffering device. By replacing the CCII+s and the resistors of the fifth oscillator circuit with CCCII+s, a new sinusoidal oscillator composed by three CCCII+s and two capacitors can be obtained. The oscillation condition and oscillation frequency of this new circuit can be independently controlled through input currents. The three quadrature oscillator circuits proposed in this thesis are composed by the non-inverting integrators and the first-order allpass filters with high input-impedance respectively. It is ideal for integration because these three circuits use only grounded passive elements. The oscillation conditions and oscillation frequencies of the oscillators proposed in this thesis are controllable through grounded passive elements.
