本研究透過XML文件對映機制建構一個動態的資料轉譯模式,以應用於XML-based的電子商務資料標準轉換模式之中。它提供了動態對應兩份不同XML交易文件的方式,以提升XML-based的應用範圍,解決資料格式不一致的問題,也兼顧商業資料的安全性。 產業資料標準的發展遭遇到許多的困境,包含產業的資訊能力不足、資料格式不一致、異質資料與平台、與交易資料內容的保密等,因此本研究致力於透過動態的文件對映機制與資料交換架構來解決這些問題。 本研究以石化產業的現況,發展一個以資料交換為基礎的Hub,用來轉換與傳遞企業內部的資料,以產業資料交換標準的格式與外界溝通,並且提供資料交換Hub在實際的商務交易中運作的方法。透過資料交換Hub的採用促使產業資料交換標準得以實際的被運用,並且降低電子化的進入障礙與開發成本,使得產業電子化真正的落實。此外,動態資料轉換模式改善了現今XML-based商務模式,以更安全、經濟、彈性、易用的方式,讓電子商務交易的貿易夥伴有效的透過電子化的方式傳遞與交換商業文件。
This study builds a dynamic data translation model for solving electronic business (EB) issues via an XML mapping mechanism. It provides a trusted, general, economic, and usable short cut to exchange electronic document on industrial data exchange standards. EB is one of the most important tasks that are contributed by both government and enterprises in the past few years. In Taiwan, information technology industry is the pioneer on EB domain and going well. The successful reasons were the giant vendor, Intel Inc., powerfully forced and data exchange standard, RosettaNet, was completely released. Unlike information technology industry, there are different situations around in other industries. This study base on the development of chemical industry provides a data exchange hub that transfers the internal document to data exchange standard format. And it proposes a business model of using this data exchange hub. Behind the implement of the data exchange hub, it can reduce the barriers of entry, the cost of information system, and achieve the goal of EB.
