面對資訊系統大量應用在企業組織的管理上,有大多數的資訊系統導入的成效不如預期,或是在資訊系統導入的過程之中衍生出許多與企業組織現況的衝突。在許多資訊系統導入案例中,企業組織所扮演的角色是否能更清楚的定義出來? 以及企業在面對此一資訊系統導入所產生的變革現象所反應出的變革管理行為加以解釋說明。 本次研究將以"資訊系統導入關鍵因素"及"變革管理關鍵因素"為主軸,進行個案資料的彙整及說明。並透過相關文獻整理的觀點進行分析。研究進行方式主要係透過事先選定的對象進行深入訪談、實際觀察、蒐集文件等方式。希望能對這個議題有更深入的瞭解與探究。在此本研究也希望透過深入觀察,提出本研究之研究結果與建議。. 從資訊系統導入及變革管理的相互關係之中,探討企業組織在資訊系統導入時,組織受到資訊系統影響產生了不同於以往的改變。 然而在改變發生之後組織又如何針對此狀況進行管理或解決。 希望也能同時找出真正受到顯著影響的因素並提出研究結論與建議,可以提供做為實務上組織管理階層有效管理這些具顯著影響因素的參考。也希望在探討組織在資訊系統導入過程中,面對的變革所進行的變革管理,並了解不同屬性的組織所呈現出的相同結果,而這些影響因素的歸納和實証的結論,可做為是後續因資訊系統導入與變革管理的研究基礎。
The need to implement information system in the management of enterprise organization grows dramatically. The performance of current implementation of the information system cannot meet the expectation of the organization leaders due to the conflict of the information system with the current operation of enterprises. Can the members of the enterprise be defined clearly in the information system implementations? Can the enterprise confronts explain the occurrence of transformation phenomenon which respond changing management behavior by this information system implementation? This research discusses “information system implementation key aspect” and “management of change key aspect”, also covers the case’s collection and explanation. The viewpoint analysis will be coming through the reorganized relevant literatures. The methods of the research include thorough interview, actual observation, collection documents on the objects designated beforehand. We wish to have a more thorough understanding and investigation to the subjects. We hope that by the thorough observation, the research can provide findings and the suggestions. In the reciprocal relationship of information system implementation and management of change, the discussion is on implemented information system to the enterprise organization; the organization has been influenced and produced changes different from the formal one. However after the change occurs how organization will manage or solve this condition. Simultaneously, the hope is to discover true affected reasons and propose research conclusion and suggestion and providing as a reference for organization managers to control these remarkable influencing factors effectively.
