依據2012年臺灣地區身心障礙者人數統計顯示,肢體障礙者佔全台身心障礙者34.88% ,高居所有身心殘障者的第一名,由此可見;對於肢體殘障者來說行動輔具在協助行走、維持平衡或是增加生活基本能力等,都能讓行動不便的肢體殘障者,藉由行動輔具的幫助從事各種日常生活基本相關活動。由於肢體殘障者的人數眾多,因此行動輔具有很大的潛在市場。依據世界智慧財產權組織所統計的資料顯示,利用專利資訊可以縮短研發時間及研究成本;然而,在競爭激烈的環境之中,開發者必須注意到專利權的使用是否造成侵權行為。本研究結合專利分析與TRIZ理論之績效矩陣得到之設計指標,並分析現有之輔助器具相關產品將其改良,以同時達成下述三點目的:(1) 透過專利分析輔助器具專利資料達到市場技術判斷以及專利迴避的功效,(2) 以發明原則結合專利地圖縮短研發時間,(3) 探討行動位移性輔具於不同使用概念,提供後續相關研究之參照。
According to the statistics of the disabled in 2012, the physically disabled at a rate of 34.88 percent takes the first place among all the disabled. Hence, it is apparent to understand the importance of the mobility assistive device for the physically disabled which assists them to walk, maintain balance, and increase their basic ability; that is, the mobility assistive device makes the mobility of physically disabled possible, and helps them engage in varieties of daily activities. Due to the large number of the physically disabled, there exists a great beneficial market of the mobility assistive. According to the World Intellectual Property Organization statistics, the use of patent information can shorten the time and costs of the development; however, in a highly competitive environment, the developers have to pay attention that if the use of patent information causes the possible infringement. Combining the design of improved action displacement of related products together with the TRIZ theory and Performance control matrix, this study helps the developing research of the assistive devices to achieve the following objectives: (1) Through patent analysis, to achieve the effectiveness of the judgment of market technics and patent avoidance. (2) The combination of the principle of invention and patent map to shorten development time. (3) To explore the action displacement in different conceptions, and provide follow-up study of reference.
