冷凍銷毀模具之設計與分析

摘要


為改善現有銷毀技術(鋸切法、水刀水下法、爆炸法)無法有效率處理逾限火工品,故開發「超低溫銷毀技術」,本技術是利用液態氮的低溫特性(-196°C),使含能物質降低敏感度,並於火工品之金屬外殼達到脆化後,進行破壞,以使作業安全。   本研究針對一火工品之金屬外殼(SAE1020)與SKS41合金鋼油壓機模具,利用有限元素分析與全因子實驗法,探討油壓機模具對殼體破壞之情形。由於材料低溫參數文獻零星,本文收集相關材料低溫性質資料作為分析時之參考。   經拉力試驗顯示,火工品金屬材料受冷凍後,降伏強度會提高約1.15倍(4111kg/cm2),因此火工品殼體將變得更硬而需設計適當切斷模具才足以破壞。本研究設計之切斷模具經分析評估後,設計沖頭刃口寬度5mm,材質選用SKS41合金鋼,並於銷毀試驗中顯示未造成損壞,驗證為最佳化。殼體於破壞後,呈現片狀碎塊,斷面延展變形量小,顯示為脆性破壞。   本研究以模擬分析方式,開發專用破壞模具,並以全因子實驗法獲得最佳化設計成果。若未來應用於高危險銷毀作業時,可有效降低危害風險。

To improve efficiency for the current demilitarization technologies such as sawing methods, underwater water-jet cutting methods, detonation methods, the extreme low temperature demilitarization process has been development. For operational safety, the ultra-low temperature character (-196°C) of liquid nitrogen is used to cool munitions for deactivating energetic materials and crisping the metal shells to breakage. A pyrotechnic with SAE1020 metal case and SKS41 press cutting tools were investigated by finite element analyses and the full factorial design method was used to discuss the relations between hydraulic press tool configurations and shell structure broken conditions in this research. As a result of few cyro-literatures, this research collected related metal mechanical parameters under low-temperature for numerical simulations. According to the tensile experiment results, yielding strength of the metal materials increased about 1.15 times (4111kg/cm2) after cyro-process. The pyrotechnics are converted into harder and needed well-design press tools for cutting process. After analyses and evaluations, the cutting edge of the press tool with 5mm in width and SKS41 alloy steel has been chosen in this research. The structure of the press tool remains in good shape during multiple cutting processes for demonstrating the optimum configuration. Brittle fracture has been estimated due to the broken shells shattered into sheet pieces and the low ductile deformation of the debris cross-section. This research developed special press tool by numerical simulation analyses and obtained the best design by full factorial design. This cyro-fracture method could prevent operational casualties efficiently for the future high risk demilitarization processes.
