使用FAHP分析半導體產業供應鏈系統執行階段之關鍵成功因素

摘要


商業組織今天會面臨到比以往任何時候更為競爭激烈的環境,也因此企業會需要尋求有效的方法來維持其競爭優勢,且現在已不再是企業和企業之間競爭,而是已經轉變成供應鏈和供應鏈作對抗,在這種情況下,建立供應鏈之間企業的夥伴關係受到了高度重視,有效的供應鏈管理已經成為一個具有潛在價值的方式提昇競爭優勢,且可以增加組織績效。但儘管對於供應鏈管理更加重視和期望,文獻並沒有提供太多證據來證明說供應鏈有成功實施運作。 也由於供應鏈執行階段的高失敗率往往會伴隨著高成本的支出,因此本研究主要是定義及評估在供應鏈執行階段之關鍵成功因素,首先透過文獻整理先建立出草案,之後再透過焦點團體法來整合專家意見,發展一個具有四個構面和十三個關鍵成功因素組成的層級化結構,這個層級化結構可以當作檢查清單,以確保沒有任何關鍵成功因素因為被忽略而危及專案之執行,且本研究會設計出專家問卷來給曾經有成功大型專案經驗的專家們來填寫,回收問卷後使用模糊層級分析法來分析各準則之間的權重,希望能提供給專案經理人寶貴的決策支援資訊,以期改善供應鏈執行階段高失敗率。

In the global marketplace, no longer do individual enterprises compete as an independent entity but rather as an integral part of the supply chain. In this situation, the establishment of the supply chain partnership among enterprises and the coordination of the partners are important. Despite the increased attention paid to SCM and the expectations from it, literature does not offer much evidence of successful implementations and operations. As these projects have high failure rate which often associated with high cost, this research focus on define and evaluate key success factors (KSFs) for supply chain integration during system operation phase. This research adopts focus group to obtain valuable practical experience from industrial experts. Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process (FAHP) method was proposed to analyze the relative weighting of the KSFs. Through the analysis, this research may provide valuable references for future project executives and academics in related research fields in order to improve the high failure rate.
