逆向差速齒輪式複合電動機車之性能測試與研究

摘要


本研究是針對逆向差速齒輪式複合電動機車之傳動系統改善與整車性能分析為研究主題,將傳統內燃機引擎機車改裝為兩個不同特性的動力源做輸出,分別為一體式馬達/發電機及傳統內燃機,運用逆向差速齒輪式動力整合分配機構作單/雙動力的整合或分配輸出,並裝置電子式無段變速機構eCVT (electrical Continuously Variable Transmission)依據行車狀況自動調整傳動減速比,在不同的車輛負載狀態下,使內燃機皆可維持在最佳的範圍下運轉,並將引擎多餘的動能透過馬達切換為發電機的模式進行回充,有效提升燃油經濟效率及續航力。 透過NI-USB 6009與NI-USB 6211資料擷取器進行整車的控制,擷取外部資訊訊號,如普利盤轉速、車輪轉速、電池殘電量、電門把手開度、引擎轉速、馬達/發電機轉速等,藉由駕駛狀況判斷出,目前的行駛狀態適合哪種模式並做切換,主要控制項目有電子無段變速系統、電子節氣門控制、一體式馬達/發電機控制等,最後在底盤動力計上測試複合電動機車的性能與油耗,完成逆向差速齒輪式複合電動機車的實作和驗證,ECE40市區型態油耗測試與原廠機車比較可節省燃油消耗約35%。

This research is aimed to improve the transmission system of the inverse differential gear type of hybrid electric motorcycle and to analyze the vehicle’s overall performance. I refit a motorcycle with traditional Internal Combustion Engine (ICE), and make the integrated motor/generator and traditional ICE as its two output power sources with different characteristic; making use of the power integrating/distributing mechanism of inverse differential gear to integrate the single/dual power or to distribute the power output; installing eCVT (electrical Continuously Variable Transmission) to automatically adjust the reduction ratio of transmission gear according to the driving condition, thus the ICE can keep operating in the best operating range, and recharge the surplus power produced by engine through the action of switching from the motor mode to the generator mode, by doing so to efficiently decrease the fuel consumption and increase the range of the motorcycle. The control of the whole motorcycle is decided through NI-USB 6009 and NI-USB 6211 data trackers. By tracking the external data signal, e.g. pulley rotating speed, wheel rotating speed, the SOC (State of Charge) of the battery, the turning radian of the electric handgrip, the speed of engine, and the speed of motor/generator etc. to judge which mode suits the current driving condition the best, and switch the system to the specific mode. The main controlling items are ECVT(Electronic Continuous Variable Transmission), electronic throttle control, integrated motor/generator control etc. Finally, the performance and the consumption of fuel of the electric motorcycle will be tested on the chassis dynamometer, thus to complete testing and verifying the performance as well as the manufacture of the inverse differential gear type of hybrid electric motorcycle, The ECE40 urban types of fuel consumption tests with the original locomotive can save fuel consumption by about 35%.
