穿戴式系統應用於不同久坐時間之心率變異性差異性分析

Analysis of Heart Rate Variability between Different Long-term Sitting Periods Using Wearable System

摘要


隨著知識經濟時代的來臨,現代社會中的腦力工作者的人數明顯高於勞力工作者。過往研究發現,久坐的行為模式將提高許多罹患疾病之風險以及增加全因死亡率。世界衛生組織在此議題更發出警告,久坐的生活型態很可能是世界上導致死亡與殘疾的十大因素之一。   有鑑於此,針對改善久坐議題之解決方案,本文提出以三軸加速度計擷取手部活動信號之穿戴式裝置。配合手部活動軸向特徵之演算法設計,可以進行久坐時間長度之偵測,以及利用震動的方式提醒使用者應中斷久坐起身活動。然而在過往文獻中並未得到單一次的久坐持續時間長度之結論,本文引用了穿戴式藍牙心率量測儀器,針對不同之久坐時間對於心跳變異率的分析進行研究。 本文以二十、四十、六十分鐘作為不同久坐時間實驗之變因。結果發現,在三個實驗中的起身活動,皆有對於心跳以及心跳變異率達到提升的效果,此結果與先前的研究中所指出,久坐的時間長度對於心跳變異率指標有著明顯的負相關之結論相互呼應。並且發現以四十分鐘之久坐後起身的提升程度最高,換言之,四十分鐘後起身之休息對於自律神經系統之促進程度最高。以此為結論,針對減少久坐議題之研究之初步探討。

With the advent of the knowledge economy era, the number of knowledge workers in modern society is significantly higher than the labor workers. Past studies have found that sedentary behavior patterns will increase the risk of many diseases and all-cause mortality. World Health Organization (WHO) issued a warning for this topic that sedentary lifestyle is likely to be one of the ten factors that lead to death and disability in the world. To solve this problem, this research proposes a wearable device using triaxial accelerometer signal to capture hand movements. In this way the time length of sedentary can be detected and then this device will produce vibration to remind user to stop the sedentary behavior. However, in the past, the literature does not conclude the length of sedentary duration, so this research adapts a wearable Bluetooth heart rate measuring instruments from the frontal paper, and different studies of sedentary time for heart rate variability analysis. This research chooses twenty, forty, sixty minutes of sedentary duration time as experiment variables. Results indicate that in got up activity of three experiments, heart rate and heart rate variability have been improved. This phenomenon is the same as previous studies. The length of sedentary duration indicators has a significant negative correlation with heart rate variability, and the most obvious degree of improvement is to get up after forty minutes of sedentary.
