摘要

本調查研究旨在瞭解聚氯乙烯製食器中氯乙烯單體殘留量之衛生安全情形。於74年8月至75年5月間從本省北部地區六縣市抽購此類餐盒檢體共202件，以氣相層析儀檢驗分析結果氯乙烯單體殘留量介於0-55.63ppm，其中計有40件超過食品器具、容器、包裝衛生標準^1之該項規定（1 ppm以下），佔19.80%。

In order to understand the residue of vinylchloride monomer in polyvinylchloride-made products of lunch box, 202 samples were purchased from the market in the northern Taiwan area. The results showed the range of vinylchloride monomer in the samples was 0~55.63 ppm and 19.8% of polyvinylchloride-made food box failed to meet the ”Hygenic standard of plastic food utensils, containers and packages”. (should be less than 1 ppm).
