在滿天星(Gypsophila paniculata L.)扦插育苗介質中以體積比1:20混合含內生菌根菌之阿泰母岩砂(attapulgite,含孢子數約每公克50粒),於接種四週後採滿天星根系,分別利用錐蟲藍(0.05% trypan blue)及酸性品紅(0.05% acid fuchsin)染色法檢查菌根菌感染率,結果顯示以酸性品紅染色的效果較佳,可明顯觀察到菌根菌之孢子,而錐蟲藍染色的效果則不佳。由滿天星幼苗之生育性狀顯示,接種菌根菌可以增加滿天星幼苗全株乾重及根長。而由滿天星田間栽培結果顯示,接種菌根菌之滿天星切花產量及植株存活率等顯著地高於對照處理,且接種菌根菌具有提早及集中滿天星切花產期之功效。在接種菌根菌處理配合不同磷肥用量之試驗結果顯示,磷肥用量減少50%與磷肥全量處理間之滿天星切花產量差異不顯著,顯然接種菌根菌可以配合降低磷肥用量。
This research was probed into the application of Vesicular-Arbuscular Mycorrhiza Fungus (VAM-fungus) (Glomous spp.) on the production of baby's breath (Gypsophila paniculata L.). The seedling breeding medium and attapulgite was mixed by the ratio of 1:20 in volume, which gram attapulgite had contained 50 spores of VAM-fungus. After 4 weeks when inoculated, cut down the root of seedling and used the trypan blue and fusin acid to stained for inspected the infection ratio of VAM-fungus. From the result, we found the fusin acid had the better stained effect then trypan blue, it could clear identified the VAM-fungus spores from the plant root tissue. From the growth data of baby's breath seedling, the seedlings that inoculated by VAM-fungus could increased the root length and dry weight of the whole plant. In the field culture test, the plant that inoculated by VAM-fungus could conspicuous increased the cut flowers product and survival ratio then non-inoculated. The other effect was advance the customary time and centralize the flower period. From the result of applicated different level phosphate fertilizer harmony with inoculated VAM-fungus plant. The flower products of full phosphate fertilizer treatment had no-significantly different then half treatment. Therefore when inoculated VAM-fungus on the baby's breath could decrease the applicated quality of phosphate fertilizer.
