Purpose:To explore the relationship between exercise behavior, physical fitness and sleep quality of Ming-Chi University’s students. Methods:The study takes freshmen grade total of 1,640 students, with an average age of 18.7 years, through "Exercise Participatory Behavior Scale", "Sleep quality distress scale" and physical fitness, to obtain relevant information. The samples are taken descriptive statistics, independent sample t test, ANOVA analysis and correlation analysis. Results:The population of students to take part in sport generally is up to 52.8%, and they select appropriate time and intensity of exercise options; physical fitness of freshmen is better than sophomore on BMI, standing long jump, 1600m and 800m, but the results of sophomore on sit and reach and standing long jump are in nationwide fitness norm standard range of "to be strengthened".
