The purpose of this research was to investigate the internship satisfaction of students who studied in department of hospitality management, Toko University, after they practiced in hospitality industry for 6 months, and to identify whether the internship satisfaction affected willingness of working in hospitality industry. Also we try to find out the improvements about the internship course. Two hundreds questionnaires were submitted and 179 valid questionnaires were returned. The results indicated that most students satisfied the internship course and discerned that contributed to improve self abilities for career. Besides, students agreed that the all internship employer concerned the labor training and trained every employee to face and deal various situations. In the willingness of working in hospitality industry, students with high internship satisfaction significantly intended to work in hospitality industry after graduation (p<0.05). However, the results also indicated that the courses of school arranged to students before outside internship did not benefit they to practice during internship.
