本研究旨在探討幼兒園主題教學活動發展之情形,以台北市私立方方幼兒園(化名)爲研究對象。主要探討的目的爲:一、協助方方幼兒園發展主題教學統整課程;二、探討實施主題教學對幼兒能力及教師專業成長的影響;三、瞭解實施主題教學所面臨的問題及改進方法。 本研究運用資料蒐集、教學輔導、座談、自然觀察及訪談等研究方法,進而分析成效,提出結論與建議。自然觀察法則採不定期到園,隨機觀察幼兒園教學情境及班級教學的改變對教師教學及幼兒學習的影響。至於訪談法則以半結構方式訪談園主任、教師、行政人員及家長。 由研究結果討論得知園方及教師積極參與此研究,透過自我省思與批判,產生了思維和行動的改變,這對教師自我專業提升、幼兒學習增進是有助益的,如此改變也獲得家長的肯定。最後,本研究針對研究結果對幼兒園進行轉型時,如何重構園所文化、促進教師專業發展、推動課程轉型、與提升園所教育品質等提出建議。
The main purposes of this research are: (1) to develop a creative program of thematic teaching for Fun-Fun Kindergarten; (2) to understand the influences of thematic teaching activities on the growth of children and teachers; (3) to present possible problems and agenda when practicing this teaching program as the reference for future education. In order to accomplish these purposes, the researchers take Fun-Fun Kindergarten as the research object, including all the students, teachers and resources in it. The researchers also take both observations on class teaching and developing teachers' learning group to improve and renew school revolution. During the research time, all the data are collected and analyzed with the use of qualitative method. Finally, the researchers present suggestions for future field educators and authorities according to the result of this research.
