中醫治療經行頭痛病例報告

患者是一位32歲已婚女性，主訴自18歲（自93年）開始實習工作後，每逢經期前後容易頭暈，漸至頭痛，痛甚會嘔吐，多偏一側太陽穴，痛甚時兩側皆痛，鑽刺痛感，持續1-2天，整天持續頭痛，服1-2顆止痛藥可緩解。多發生於經期或經後，伴隨腰痠。曾經捐血後發生頭痛。患者自述13歲初經來潮後經血量皆偏多。平素月經周期規律，經色鮮紅，無血塊，經血量第1-3天量多。經前乳脹、下腹悶、些微白帶。患者面色白少華，臉上痘瘡多分布於兩頰及額頭。口唇乾，大便2-3日一行，多秘結呈顆粒狀，小便無異常。因工作須輪值夜班及照顧小孩，常中斷睡眠，睡眠品質不佳。晨起身體易浮腫，平素怕冷。舌診舌淡紅，苔薄白少津，微朱點，切診脈細。患者經中醫辨證屬「血虛證」，給予補血中藥調理後經行頭痛獲得改善。

The patient looked pale and the acne spread over the cheeks and the frontal head. The lips were dry. She had bowel movement for one time every two or three days with constipation often and particular shaped shit. The urination was not abnormal. Because she sometimes worked at night and needed to take care of the kids, she often didn't have good sleep. She looked swelling when she got up in the morning and she felt chills usually. The tongue looked slightly red with the thin white moss and some red spots. The pulsation appeared thin. The differential diagnosis by Chinese medicine was blood insufficient syndrome. After given with blood supplier medicine, she feels improved from MC headache at all.
