Abstracts

法定寄存是一國家完整收集、記錄、典藏該國文化資産最重要的依據，也是平衡大眾知的權利及將現代的知識保留給下一代子孫之重要途徑。政府出版品是政府施政的結果，也是民眾了解政府施政的重要資料，透過政府出版品的寄存，可讓全國民眾在附近的圖書館即可看到這些資料。然而，隨著資訊科技的進步，數位出版逐漸取代傳統的出版及傳播模式，無論一般商業性的電子出版品，或電子政府出版品都必需規劃新的寄存機制，本文主要之目的即在探討電子政府出版品寄存相關問題及應建立之機制。

Parallel abstracts

Legal deposit is an important means to collect, to record and to preserve culture heritages of a country. The policy also gives the public the equal right to access the information and reserves knowledge for the future. Government publications are records of administrations and are the important materials for the public to understand the government. The legal deposit of government publications in public libraries surely facilitates their public uses. However, due to the developing information technology, electronic publications are now gradually taking the place of traditional ones. For these electronic publications, we must now design a new legal deposit mechanism. The purpose of the article aims to investigate the legal deposit mechanisms of government electronic publications.
