摘要

明人好古，本來是明代的官銜，卻以古職代今銜，弄得明代與古代官名混淆在一起，令人相當困擾。本文是繼前文〈明史名詞譯釋〉之後，改名為〈明史官銜名詞譯釋〉，探討明代的內閣大學士、翰林院、中央政府各部門及都察院等官銜之稱呼。

People of the Ming Dynasty were fond of antiquities. Normally an official term of Ming administration was cast in ancient name instead. It is so distracting for the Ming scholars to mix up Ming official terms with that of the past. This essay is to continue the previous article “Exposition of the special term in Ming History and to discuss official terms of the Grand Secretaries, Han-lin Academy, various offices of central government and the censorate.
