中共對法律戰之研究與實踐－以反分裂國家法與武裝衝突法為例
The Research and Practice of PLA's Law War

Media War, Psychological War and Law War (Three Wars) have been incorporated in The Political Work Act by People's Liberation Army (PLA) on Dec. 52003. Nowadays, PLA is being devoted to the rescarch on and training for ”Three Wars”, They have been reharded as the best way to gain merits and avold disadvantages. This study intends to look into PLA's reseaaatch and practice and practice of ”Law War” and especially focuses on ”the Anti-Secession Law” and ”the Law of Armed Confict” with which the PL-A wants its military personnel to be familiar.
