本研究以日月潭風景特定區爲例,應用遊憩體驗、環境知覺之理論基礎探討遊客對垃圾問題的反應及呈現的環境意識,並了解垃圾問題如何影響遊容之滿意度,以提供經營管理參考。 通過本篇的研究得知三個重要的結果: 1.從遊客環境意識的測量,發現三分之一爲環境關心者,三分之二爲非關心者;且環境意識的高低與環境清潔之滿意度有關,在環境清潔滿意度對遊憩體驗足以產生負影響的前提下,環境意識亦爲遊通體驗的影響度數。 2.在眾多遊客特性因子中,以教育程度、性別、造訪次數爲影響環境意識的重要因子。尤其,在教育程度愈提高的今天,愈不容對環境意識的忽視。 3.投遊客參與活動的動機類型中,發現以追求社交機會之表現性的動機對於垃圾問題抱持著較不以爲然的態度,其行爲可能對環境造成若干的破壞。
The purpose of this study is to understand howthe litter influence visitors' satisfation. The three important findings are: 1. The environmental consciousness is related to the satisfaction. In the premise ”satisfaction can have impact on recreation experience”, the environmental consciousness can impact recreation experience. 2. The most important factors affect environmental conscern are education level, gender and travel times. Even today, the importance of education level is rising. 3. In all kind of motive types, the people of the ”socil learning-expressive” type has the lowest concern of the litter problem. The ”socil-learning-expressive” type people has the greatest possibility to damage the natural environment.
