摘要

本研究主要目的在探討承載量影響因素，並且選定目前正推動生態旅遊的日月潭國家風景區為研究基地，嘗試探討影響生態旅遊區承載量的關鍵因素。經由文獻歸納與現地特性之分析，本研究研擬影響日月潭國家風景區承載量之三項構面分別為自生態承載量、社會承載量與設施承載量加以探討，並列出36項可能影響因素，並以階級程序分析法(Analytic Hierarchy Process, AHP)確立影響因素之權重。研究結果顯示，考量日月潭國家風景區承載量，係以「生態承載量」最為專家學者所重視，影響日月潭國家風景區生態旅遊承載量之前十項因素分別為「廢水排放」、「外來優勢種的引進」、「當地居民環境保護意識」、「機動船舶的使用」、「交通工具對土壤的重壓」、「居民的容忍度」、「棲地減少」、「遊客對植物的踐踏」、「汽車的排煙」與「遊客攀折植物」。研究結果除提供日月潭國家風景區推動生態旅遊上，所欲考量之承載量影響因素外，對本研究所建立之生態旅遊承載量影響因素架構，亦可供後續相關生態旅遊發展訂定承載量之參考依據。

The main purpose of this research is to discuss the factors that influence the capacity. Choosing Sun-Moon Lake National Scenic Area as research location and discussing the factors that influence this ecotourism area's capacity. According to the historical documents and the characteristics of this area, this research would discusse the influential elements of Sun-Moon Lake National Scenic Area's capacity through three different angles, they are ecological capacity, social capacity and facility Capacity. Moreover, there are thirty-six possible influential elements listed out separately here and assured their influential level by Analytic Hierarchy Process, AHP. The result points out that the proper capacity of Sun-Moon Lake Scenic Area should be based on the ecological capacity. The top ten factors that influence the capacity of the Sun-Moon Lake Scenic Area as an ecotourist location would be,「the dispose of the liquid waste.」、「introduction of exotic plants」、「local resident's environmental protection concepts.」、「using powerboats」、「the destructive pressing of the transportation to the soil.」、「the tolerance of the local residents.」 seventh, 「reduction of the habitat.」、「the destruction of plant from the tourists.」 、「mobile pollution.」and「tourists break off the plants.」 The result of this research not only can provide the influential elements of capacity to Sun-Moon Lake Scenic Area's ecotourism program, such pre-set structure can also assist making the proper capacity of different types of ecotourism in the future.
