摘要

平滑肌瘤是子宮最常見的良性腫瘤；出現在頭頸部位，特別是外鼻部的情形並不常見。我們於近年經歷一例31歲男性，半年前因球類競賽撞擊外鼻右側部位，之後局部緩慢腫脹；因影響外觀前來本院求診。門診理學檢查發現外鼻右側皮下部位，大小約2×2cm的腫瘤；核磁共振影像顯示相同位置一界限完整之腫瘤。經安排手術切除後，病理特殊染色証實爲血管性平滑肌瘤，因屬罕見，特提出報告；並回顧相關文獻，以供參考。

Vascular leiomyoma is a benign tumor of smooth muscle origin that is rarely encountered in the head and neck area. Vascular leiomyoma arising on the external nose is even more uncommon. Surgical excision with histologic study is the only way to make the diagnosis. This article presents an unusual case of vascular leiomyoma arising from the nasal dorsum in one 31-year-old male that was included in that clinicopathologic review to familiarize clinicians with this uncommon benign tumor.
