並聯式混成動力機車傳動機構系統與其動態性能之研究

A Study of the Transmission Mechanism System of a Parallel Hybrid Power Motorcycle and Its Dynamic Characteristics

摘要


本研究是針對混成動力機車之動力混成傳動機構進行研究,以五桿二自由度之行星齒輪系作為研究之對象,搭配引擎、馬達及發電機,進行各種可能配置,分析其中有哪些類型可用作為動力混成傳動機構。最後以其中一種動力混成傳動機構搭配引擎、馬達、發電機之功能及皮帶式無段變速器理論模型,進行電腦模擬,以得到整車之動態特性。在進行各種可能配置的部分,利用穩態時扭矩關係式及能量關係式,對引擎、馬達、發電機及驅動軸做不同的位置配置進行分析探討,而得到六種可用作為動力混成傳動機構之配置。在整車動態模擬部分,利用所推導出動力混成傳動機構之數學模式,搭配引擎、馬達及發電機之實測扭矩與轉速關係,撰寫電腦程式進行模擬,以得其動態特性。

This study investigates the power-hybridized transmission mechanism of a hybrid power motorcycle. The subject is a five-member planetary gear train with two degrees of freedom, allocating the engine, motor and generator for every possible kind of allocation, and analyzing the type of allocation capable of being used as the power-hybridized transmission mechanism. Finally, a computer is used to simulate one of the power-hybridized transmission mechanisms together with the performance of the engine, motor and generator, and the continuous variable transmission's theoretical model to determine the dynamic characteristics of the hybrid power motorcycle.Considering all possible allocations, we use the moment relation, and the relationship of the conservation of energy during a steady state to allocate the engine, motor, generator and driving axis for different kinds of allocations, together with the analyses to obtain six kinds of allocations which can be used as the power-hybridized transmission mechanism. In the simulation of the hybrid power motorcycle, the mathematical model of the power-hybridized transmission mechanism which we selected is used, together with the relationships between the torque and rotational speed of the engine, motor and generator, respectively. Then, the computer program used for the simulation to obtain the dynamic characteristic s of the hybrid power motorcycle is listed.
