部隊高噪音環境噪音暴露與健康生活品質之分析研究

Investigation of the Healthy Effect of High-Noise Environment to the Exposed Soldiers

摘要


目的:基於保護軍中官士兵免於因職業暴露導致危害之產生,藉由佩戴個人噪音暴露劑量計及使用噪音頻譜分析儀測得官士兵於作業時間暴露危害物質之總量,以評估承受危害之程度。同時以SF-36問卷評估噪音對工作人員健康生活品質的影響。方法:選取陸海空軍及軍備局各一個高噪音工作環境,對噪音暴露人員及環境進行噪音測量及問卷調查。結果:國軍高噪音工作環境和工作人員的暴露量均符合法規規定,高噪音工作者的聽力損失在高低頻均有出現,但以高頻所佔比例較高。陸海空軍單位的工作人員有較高的比例產生高頻聽力損失,然而軍備局單位人員高頻聽力損失的比例較低。以SF-36各構面分數而言,暴露組與非暴露組只有在個人健康狀況(GH)有達到統計學上之差異,顯示部隊高噪音工作者自覺之健康狀況較差;若以暴露組與國內常模分數比較則發現GH(一般健康)和VT(活力狀況)分數較常模分數為低且達到顯著上統計學的差異;SF(社會功能)和BP(身體疼痛)分數則較常模分數為高且達到顯著上統計學的差異。分析左右耳高低頻聽力損失分貝數和健康生活品質分數的相關係數,結果並無相關性呈現。結論:各軍種的高噪音工作環境所測得的噪音值均符合現階段之法規規定,但都達到法規規定需要佩戴聽力防護具之標準,建議在所有高噪音環境的基層部隊落實聽力保護計畫,也唯有落實聽力保護計畫才能確保高噪音環境工作人員的身心健康。

Purpose: In this study, we expect to evaluate the relationship between health condition and noise properties (include dose and frequency) in military section. We use personal noise dosimeter and audio spectrum analyzer to evaluate occupational hazards. The soldiers wear personal noise dosimeter to check the condition of noise exposure during working period. We also use SF36 questionnaires to measure the relationship between the health of soldiers and noise exposures. Therefore, we can understand the healthy effect of high-noise environment to the exposed soldiers. Method: Select four different high-noise military sections to evaluate personnel and environmental noise value and we use SF-36 questionnaire to evaluate health condition. Results: The personal and environment noise values are in line with regulations. High noise exposure group showed hearing loss in high and low frequency, but a high proportion of high-frequency, in our study. The eight individual domain of SF-36 scores are in negative correlation with maximum noise values.
