本研究以台灣石化產業為實證研究對象,探討績效關鍵性與周邊支援性活動之外包策略,對品質、成本、交期及彈性等製造績效的影響。經採用相關分析法、迴歸分析法驗證結果發現(l)外包策略對製造績效具有正向影響效果。(2)績效關鍵性活動外包對製造績效的影響,比周邊支援性活動外包對製造績效的影響更顯著,獲得部份支持。(3)外包管理涉入程度高時,績效關鍵性活動外包對製造績效的影響,比周邊支援性活動外包對製造績效的影響更顯著,獲得部份支持。(4)外包管理涉入程度低時,周邊支援性活動外包對製造績效的影響,比績效關鍵性活動外包對製造績效的影響更顯著,沒有獲得支持。
This paper explored the influences of critical performance and peripheral activities outsourcing strategy on manufacturing performance which quality, cost, lead-time and flexibility were used with an empirical study of Petrochemical Industry in Taiwan. The analyses in use are: correlation and regression analyses, includes a hypothesis pretest. The main findings included: (1) Outsourcing strategy has positive influence on manufacturing performance. (2) The assumed hypothesis of the significant differences in manufacturing performance between the strategies of critical performance and peripheral activities outsourcing is partial supported. (3) The assumed hypothesis of the more significant on manufacturing performance of critical performance than peripheral activities outsourcing under high involvement vendor management policy is partial supported. (4) The assumed hypothesis of the more significant on manufacturing performance of peripheral activities than critical performance outsourcing under low involvement vendor management policy is not supported.
