本研究從生涯成熟的觀點出發,透過「屏東縣少年生活狀況調查」的次級資料分析,來探討原住民少年的生涯成熟與未來生涯抉擇現況,以及影響因素。研究結果發現,研究樣本生涯成熟現況,基本上是樂觀、正向的,並且在生涯抉擇方面,國中畢業後以升學最多,預計最高學歷是以大學最多,未來想要從事職業以專業人員最多。影響研究樣本生涯成熟度之變項有同儕關係、家庭支持、族群認同;影響研究樣本國中畢業後是否繼續升學的變項有父母親的婚姻狀況、家裡兄弟姊妹數;影響研究樣本未來預計完成高等教育學歷的變項,有性別、就讀年級、在家排行、同儕關係、家庭支持、生涯成熟,其中以生涯成熟的相對重要性最高。因此,建議應加強原住民少年的生涯成熟教育使其有較佳的生涯規劃。
In terms of the career maturity perspective, this study uses the information collected from the Study on the Life Situations of Pingtung Adolescents as a database to investigate the present situation of the aboriginal tribal adolescents' career maturity and future career choice as well as the related factors. The findings reveal that the aboriginal tribal adolescents' career maturity, in general, is optimistic and positive. As for their career choice, most aboriginal tribal adolescents go for higher education after secondary school, and the expected highest education is university level mostly. Furthermore, most of them would like to work as professionals. The variables that influence the samples' career maturity are peer relationship, family support and ethnic group identification. The variables that influence the decision of continuing education after secondary school are their parents' marital situation, and how many siblings there are in their family. The variables that influence the samples' decision of finishing higher education are genders, the grades they are in at school, the ranking among the children in the family, peer relationship, family support, and career maturity. Among those, career maturity plays a relatively important place. Therefore, it is suggested that the aboriginal tribal adolescents' career maturity education be strengthened to better their career plan.
