本研究旨在探討諮商督導工作同盟關係與受督導者滿意度之相關,並分別瞭解國內不同背景變項(性別、年齡、機構屬性、諮商經驗及受督導經驗)受督導者所知覺到的督導工作同盟關係與滿意度的差異情形,以及此兩種量表在國內的適用性。本研究採用調查法,以臺灣地區86名學校和社區機構的諮商人員爲樣本進行調查,研究工具包括「督導工作同盟量表」和「督導滿意度量表」。本研究資料以單因子變異數分析、積差相關及多元迴歸等統計方法加以分析。本研究結果如下:(1)在督導工作同盟關係方面,在社區機構的受督導者、年齡51歲以上的受督導者或諮商經驗爲1-5年的受督導者,其所知覺的督導同盟關係程度較低。(2)在督導滿意度方面,受督導者爲女性、諮商經驗1-5年者及受督導經驗1-3年者,其所知覺的督導滿意程度較低。(3)諮商督導工作同盟關係與滿意度之間具高度正相關。(4)督導工作同盟關係中的情感連結與目標一致兩層面最能有效預測督導滿意度,解釋力達43.3%。
The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship between working alliance and degree of supervisee's satisfaction. <||>Working Alliance Inventory-Supervisee Version<||> and <||>Supervisory Satisfaction Questionnaire<||> were applied as instruments. The participants were 86 supervisees from schools or community counseling institutes. One-way ANOVA, Pearson product moment correlation and multiple regression were used for data analyses. The results showed: 1) Supervisees working in community counseling institutes, with ages of over 51, or with 1-5 years of counseling experience revealed a lower degree of supervisory working alliance. 2) Supervisees of female, with 1-5 years of counseling experience or receiving 1-3 years supervision expressed a lower degree of supervisory satisfaction. 3) A significant correlation was found between working alliance and satisfaction. 4) Emotional bond and mutual goals were significant predictors of supervisees' satisfaction with supervision. The implications for counseling supervision and future research were discussed.
