從全球化觀點分析國中小校長領導之變革

摘要

隨著資訊科技的蓬勃發展，全球化的發展趨勢影響著人類生活的各個層面，也在教育範疇中搭起複雜的關係網路。校長為學校的總領導者，引領著全校師生向國際邁進。本研究的目的旨在從全球化觀點探討國中小校長的領導的潛藏變化。經由蒐集1992年以後全球化與國中小校長領導的相關期刊論文，做系統性的資料分析後，而獲得重要發現，包括：一、在全球化趨勢下，各國積極從事教育改革與發展；二、國中小校長在教育職場中扮演著重要角色；三、在全球化教育競爭年代，國中小校長應具備「與時俱進」的領導理念。本研究最終提出具體建議。

With the booming development of information technology, the trend of globalization not only has a profound impact on every aspect of human life but also bridges the construction of the intricate network in the realm of education. As the foremost leader of school, a principal takes the lead of the entire faculty as well as students to stride into the world. From the perspective of globalization, this research aims to discuss the potential transformation under the guidance of principals in primary and junior high schools. Via the compilation of relevant journal papers since 1992 on globalization and the guidance of primary and junior high principals, significant findings as follows are acquired after the systematic analysis of collected papers. First of all, under the trend of globalization, every nation vigorously participates in the educational reform and development. Secondly, principals in elementary and junior high schools play a vital role in the educational field. Thirdly, in the era of global education competition, principals in primary and junior high schools should be equipped with the concept to keep abreast with modern times. Constructive suggestions will be thus presented at the end of the research.
