近年來我國社會氛圍呈現日益多元且雜遝的發展,國內兒童與青少年身處五光十色的視覺文化氛圍中,在價值觀與自我認同之澄清與建立上均易受到各式視覺影像的影響。然而,以往國內、外對於閱讀影像相關之審美認知研究多僅及於觀者對於精緻藝術史中名家作品所産生反應之探索,較少有就觀者對一般日常生活中通俗視覺影像反應進行探究者。「台灣地區兒童與青少年視覺影像反應研究」之目的一則即在探究我國兒童及青少年「如何」解讀日常生活中之視覺影像,二則探討兒童及青少年「爲何」進行如是解讀。期望藉此研究之執行,能對我國兒童及青少年面對日常生活中視覺文化影像之觀看模式及解讀類型進行瞭解,作爲未來相關學術研究及實務應用時之參考。
Children and adolescent in Taiwan is immersed in a visual culture comprising of multiple images. Such visual environment has an impact on their identity and values. However, most of the existing aesthetic theories are based on children or adolescent's response toward masterpieces rather than daily images. The first goal of the present study is to investigate how children and adolescent interpret daily images. The second one is to investigate how children and adolescent made their decisions while interpreting these images. It is hoped that the study could help understanding the interpreting model and the viewing type toward daily images of Taiwanese children and adolescent in Taiwan.
