本研究之目的在於(一)瞭解青少年休閒運動參與程度之現況。(二)比較不同背景變項之青少年在休閒運動參與程度之差異情形。(三)比較不同體育課學習成效組別在青少年休閒運動參與程度之差異情形。(四)探討青少年休閒運動參與程度與體育課學習成效之相關情形。(五)分析體育課學習成效對青少年休閒運動參與程度之預測情形。本研究以問卷來搜集所須資料,問卷包含(一)個人基本資料;(二)休閒運動參與程度(三)學生學習成效量表,量表包含認知、技能、情意三個構面。本研究母群體為臺北市國中學生為研究對象,隨機抽取臺北市12所國中學校,每校發放問卷給七年級、八年級及九年級學生各一班,共計發放1080份(2×3×30)問卷,剔除資料填答不全者,合計有效問卷為970份,有效回收率為89.8%、資料處理採描述性統計、獨立樣本t檢定、單因子變異數分析、Scheffe事後比較、Pearson積差相關及多元逐步迥歸等統計方法。本研究主要結果為: (一)臺北市青少年整體的休閒運動參與程度屬於普通程度。 (二)不同背景變項的臺北市青少年在休閒運動參與程度上的差異情形,以性別、體適能狀況,以及是否參與運動社團或校隊等背景變項達顯著差異。 (三)在青少年休閒運動參與程度上的差異情形達顯著差異,體育課學習成效較高組大於體育課學習成效中等組大於體育課學習成效低組。 (四)休閒運動參與程度與體育課學習成效,呈現正向相關的顯著關係 (五)青少年的體育課學習成效中,以「技能」對於休閒運動參與程度的預測力最大。
The goal of the this research lies in (1) understanding present situation of the young people's recreational activity participation. (2) comparison of young people from different backgrounds in recreational activity participation. (3) comparison in learning achievement of physical education. (4) discusses the young peoples recreational activity participation degree and the learning achievement of physical education study result to related situations. (5) forecast analysis in learning achievement of physical education to recreational activity participation. The research information are collected from questionnaires made, the questionnaire contains (1) personal information; (2) the research score converted are based on the Fox (1987) formula, in physical education participation degree formula for computation; (3) student studies the measurement in achievement, the measurement includes the cognition, skill and emotion three features of construction. This research are based on middle-school students in Taipei city, the 12 Taipei city middle-schools are drawn randomly as a sample, each school is provided with questionnaires for seventh, eighth and ninth grade students in each class, total questionnaires given are 1080 (12×3×30), eliminating those unanswered questionnaires, the sum total of effective questionnaires are 970, the effective returns-ratio is 89.8%. The data processing picks the descriptive statistics, the independent sample t examination, the single factor variance analysis, Scheffe comparison analysis, the Pearson accumulated rate related and multi-dimensional returns and other statistical methods. The main results of the research are: (1) Taipei young people's recreational activities participation degree belongs to the ordinary degree. (2) The variables in different backgrounds for Taipei youth in recreational activity participation degree differs in situation, by the sex, the body condition, and whether participates have involvement in school teams or extra curricular activities will have significant differences. (3) The difference in learning achievement in physical education and young people in recreational activity participation. (4) Recreational activity participation and learning achievement of the physical education study result, presents noticeable positive correlation. (5) The ”skills” are weighed most in the learning achievement of physical education compared to recreational activity participation.
