本研究旨在瞭解不同背景變項的大專柔道選手對教練領導作風及領導效能關係之現況。本研究針對九十六年大專校院運動會柔道比賽之選手為對象,採問卷調查方式。本研究使用「鄭志富運動領導量表LSS(中文譯本)與陳文宗領導效能:滿意度與團隊目標達成度量表」為研究工具。參賽人數共535位,以立意抽樣方式,取樣200位,回收有效問卷175位,其資料以獨立樣本t檢定、單因子變異數分析、皮爾遜積差相關、以及逐步迴歸分析等統計方法進行分析。獲得以下結果:一、不同背景變項大專柔道選手在訓練時間、練習天數、教練學歷三個變項對教練領導作風與領導效能有顯著差異。二、大專柔道選手在知覺教練領導作風與領導效能相關情形,教練領導作風與領導效能度呈現顯著正相關。三、大專柔道選手對教練領導作風與領導效能是可以有效預測滿意度及目標達成度。
The purpose of this study was to explore the possible relationship between athletes' perceived leadership behaviors and leader effectiveness of Judo coaches at universities in Taiwan and the difference among demographic groups. The sample populations of this study had 535 participants who played National Intercollegiate Athletic Games (NIAG) in 2007. The sampling method convenience random was used on 175 players with 200 valid inventories returned. Data were collected through the use of a revised Leadership Scale of Sports (LSS), Athlete Satisfaction Questionnaire (ASQ) and Team Goal Achievement Questionnaire (TGAQ). Data analyses used independent sample t-test, Pearson product-moment correlation coefficients, one-way ANOVA, and Regression, and primary findings included: (a) there were significant differences of coaches' leadership behaviors and leader effectiveness on the factors of training time, training week and coaches' academic performance. (b) there were significant positively correlation between the awareness of coach leadership behavior and leader effectiveness. (c) there were significant effective predictors leadership behaviors and leader effectiveness in Satisfaction and Team Goal Achievement.
