An Important Management Skill of Nursing Managers-Management of Organizational Conflict

摘要


衝突是組織中不可避免的現象,同樣也存在於健康照護系統中。面對各種衝突情境時,護理行政主管須清楚各種衝突的處理策略,才能做有效的管理。因此,本人將依序簡介有關衝突與組織衝突的定義、組織衝突的來源與類型、組織衝突的管理策略對組織績效的影響。期望透過對組織衝突管理之探討,提供讀者作爲日後臨床護理行政管理工作及研究之參考。

Conflict is an inevitable situation in organizations, as well as in health care systems. Nursing administrators should be aware of conflict situations, and understand various strategies to manage organizational conflicts. Thereby, when facing different situations, they can manage organizational conflicts effectively. This article aims at introducing organizational conflict management, it's definition, sources, types, management strategies and effects in the performance. It is hoped that the article can make a contribution to nursing administration practice and research in the future.
