摘要

本文目的爲建構「精神衛生護理師」之暴力處置臨床實務能力的培訓內容，以提昇護理臨床實務能力。採行動研究法，研究過程為1.邀請來自產業界臨床精神衛生護理專家組成核心小組，2.在進行過程中一起討論形成理念共識，擬定暴力處置爲六項臨床實務能力項目之一，並參考臨床實務、驗證、省思、再修正，建立暴力處置之實務能力培訓內容，3.對全國精神醫療機構號召組成種子團隊成員，以建構「精神衛生護理師」之培訓與運作，研究結果呈現「精神衛生護理師」之暴力處置臨床實務能力培訓內容，暴力處置包括自傷與傷人之處置，其培訓內容重點包括暴力前期、暴力期、暴力後期之處置鈴要能力指標，以及暴力處置定義、行爲操作及注意事項，以落實「精神衛生護理師」之臨床實務能力培訓，作爲現劃本土性「精神衛生護理師」暴力處置臨床實務培訓與認證制度之參考。

The purpose of this study was to establish clinical competencies for psychiatric mental health nurses in violence intervention to promote the quality of psychiatric nursing care. The method adopted in this study was based on action research. The research process following perspectives: (1) invited clinical nursing experts and mental health to serve on a core committee; (2) forming a consensus, discussing contents and guidelines and identifying the clinical competencies involved in violence intervention; (3) building at seed team and clinical practice team in order to testing and revise the proposed clinical competencies. The results showed that the major competence indicators and protocols of violence intervention had been identified. Pre-violence intervention, violence intervention, post-violence intervention. The development of clinical competencies for psychiatric mental health nurses could enhance the capabilities of such nurses and provide specific guidelines for clinical workers in the field of violence intervention to further foster the development toward professionalization.
