This study explores the relationship between the identification of local residents' recreational impact and the development attitude of community conscientiousness for ecotourism. The results reveal that there is significant relationship between those two factors. In particular, there are high degree of impact on economics and social culture on the attitudes of development toward behavior and identification. In addition, there is significant relationship between the residents' community conscientiousness and the development of the ecotourism, especially high degree of impact on community identification to the behavior and affection toward the attitude of development. Therefore, it is necessary to prevent the possible impact from developing ecotourism, and to bring in the mechanism of participation of the community residents. In that case, the local residents will have deeper awareness and appreciate the ecotourism, therefore, support and participate the development of the ecotourism.
