本研究採用問卷調查法,其目的爲探討目前國內大專橄欖球選手感受訓練滿意度之現況及在不同背景的大專橄欖球選手感受訓練滿意度的差異情形,以提供國內教練做爲訓練之參考。研究結果顯示,我國大專橄欖球選手之訓練滿意度以「隊友關係」最高。在不同背景的大專橄欖球選手之訓練滿意度差異比較方面:(一)參賽組別的不同對於橄欖球選手訓練滿意度之「隊友關係」、「教練領導及專業」與「訓練內容」構面達顯著差異;(二)年齡的不同對於橄欖球選手訓練滿意度之「個人表現」構面上有顯著差異;(三)球齡的不同對於橄欖球選手訓練滿意度之「隊友關係」、「教練領導及專業」、「個人表現」、「訓練內容」與「訓練回饋」構面均具有顯著差異。
This study investigated by questionnaires, in order to explore current domestic training satisfaction of college rugby players, and the difference of training satisfaction in the different backgrounds of college rugby players to provide domestic coach as a reference of training. This study indicated that the highest training satisfaction of college rugby players in Taiwan is ”the relationship between team-mate ”.The differences of training satisfaction of college rugby players in the different backgrounds include: (1) the significant differences of training satisfaction include the dimensions of ”the relations between team-mate”, ”the coaching leadership and professional” and ”the training contents”. (2) The significant difference of training satisfaction in different age as a college rugby player is the dimensions of ”the Individual performance”. (3) The significant difference in different career age as a rugby player for training satisfaction include the dimension of ”the relations between team-mate”, ”the coaching leadership and professional”, ”the individual performance”, ”the training contents” and ”the training feedback”.
