應用近似最佳解績效排序法於產品設計方案決選之研究

A Study on Applying TOPSIS Method to Product Design Evaluation

摘要


產品的創新設計取決於概念構想的品質,使得評估分析在概念設計階段影響甚大,必須是要能符合顧客需求及各個設計條件規範。因此,為了發展出符合消費者需求的創新性產品,妥善運用系統性的設計及評估手法,循序發展設計問題之解決方案,是決定產品開發成功的關鍵。本研究以摺疊椅概念設計為例,運用近似最佳解績效排序法(TOPSIS)進行多目標、多方案的整體性產品評估,讓概念設計階段評選以數值來量化,針對複雜的問題作出較為客觀的評選,以期產生客觀且準確的結果。研究顯示,設計者可依據因素之間的關係,衡量因素對於方案的影響程度,同時可降低評選失誤與提高評選決策效率,增加新產品開發成功機會。

Assessment in the conceptual design stage is very important, the product idea hinges on the evaluative decision that must be able to conform the customer's demand and each conditional standard. This research is in order to seek a good qualification of conception. For example, a folding chair which uses the TOPSIS Analysis that has the multi-goals and the multi-project to appraise product. We make a more objective evaluation in the complex question and weighed by the quantification. An objective and accurate result is expected. The results show that the conceptual design of the appraisal model can provide an explicit design process for designer. At the same time, a designer may be based on the relation of various factors to ponder the influence of the plan regarding factor, and confirms it is an accurate and feasible appraisal mode.
