優秀女子桌球選手攻防技術分析

目的：探討優秀女子桌球選手李曉霞比賽的各項攻防技術表現情形，以及探討桌球各項攻防技術對成績表現的預測效果。方法：本研究以世界女子桌球排名第三的李曉霞為研究對象，蒐集其2010年至2012年參加的七場世界性比賽為研究範圍，以桌球攻防技術分析表為研究工具，使用觀察法將所得資料以描述性統計、逐步多元迴歸分析法來進行分析。結果：一、優秀女子桌球選手李曉霞比賽的各項攻防技術表現情形，在得分率方面以接發球搶攻最好，其後依序為發球搶攻、相持球；在使用率方面以相持球為最高，其後依序為發球搶攻、接發球搶攻。二、桌球各項攻防技術最能預測優秀女子桌球選手李曉霞成績表現的是接發球搶攻得分率。結論：優秀女子桌球選手李曉霞技術特長為接發球搶攻。

Purpose: This study is aimed to analyze the performance of each combined skill employed by LI Xiaoxia, the elite table tennis player, and to study the performance predictions resulted from using each skill. Method: The study target is LI Xiaoxia, the world's top three player. The study scope includes the games of the top four in 2010-2012, as well as the 7 games she attended in the Worldwide competition. The table tennis combined skill analysis chart is the study tool. Based on the observation method, the data collected are analyzed with descriptive statistics, stepwise multiple regression analysis. The research scope includes those games they attended. The research tool is the three-staged skill analysis chart and based on the observation method, the data collected are analyzed to authenticate the research assumption by three-stage skill analysis、stepwise multiple regression analysis, and independent t test. Results: 1. For LI Xiaoxia's performance status of using the compound skill, the scoring rate for the stage in receive attack phase is excellent, followed by serving the ball to attack, mutal attack phase. The usage rate for the mutal attack phase is the highest, followed by serving the ball to attack, receive attack phase. 2. The best method to predict LI Xiaoxia's performance is the scoring rate of receive attack phase. Conclusion: The elite female table tennis player Li Xiaoxia technical expertise receive attack phase.
