本研究目的旨在探討跆拳道運動教練對於專業能力的需求程度。採用問卷調查的方式進行研究,以95年中華民國跆拳道協會登記之A、B、C級教練為進行分層抽樣調查,共計發出502份,有效回收286份。根據所得資料以描述性統計、獨立樣本t檢定、單因子變異數分析等統計方法進行分析。研究結論如下:一、跆拳道運動教練以「男性」居多,教育程度以「大學」畢業居多,任教層級以「高中職」最多;職務上並多由以「外聘教練」人數最多;年齡層普遍介於「30歲以上-未滿40歲」之間,年資以「以5年以上-未滿10年」最多;擔任選手時最高層級以「縣市代表隊選手」最多、擔任教練時最高成就以「縣市代表隊選手」最多。二、跆拳道運動教練在專業能力項目之需求程度,最高依次為「跆拳道運動專項體能訓練能力」、「跆拳道運動技術訓練能力」與「戰術」,均屬專業能力中的專業技能。三、不同背景的跆拳道運動教練在專業能力的求程度之差異情形,在不同年資為、證照級別、擔任選手最高層級、擔任教練最高層達顯著差異。本研究結果期望能提供給跆拳道運動教練作為進修學習的方向,及相關單位作為教練培訓考核的參考。
The purpose of this study was to better comprehend the needs for Taekwondo coach's professional competency. This investigation was based on questionnaire survey which focused on coaches who have already got the qualification from the Chinese Taipei Teakwondo Association in 2006. The questionnaires were sampled by applying the stratified random sampling method. There were totally 502 shares handed out, 286 shares were recovered. These data were analyzed by descriptive statistics and independent-samples t-test, One-way ANOVA. The conclusions as following:1. The sex of majority is ”male” and the education level is ”University graduates”. Most of their levels of school are ”high school” and working as ”external coaches”. Their age group is between ”30-40 years old”. Most of them have ”5-10 years” tenure, and the highest level as coaches and players are both at the County and city levels mostly. 2. As for the requirements of professional competence, instruction ability of the Taekwondo special conditioning training ranks the highest one. The second one is the Taekwondo tactical training. The third one is the Taekwondo tactic application. 3. In regard to the difference of demanding degree of professional competency in Taekwondo coaches of different demographic variables, There was significant different tenure, level of certification, level of the athlete that the coach had ever been, and level of coach. This study was conducted as a useful reference to set up training programs & courses and hope that this can provide information for Taekwondo coaches to realize the need to strengthen specific professional skills.
