參與運動性社團對國小學童在課間運動參與動機與知覺運動阻礙因素之影響

Effect of Motivation in Sport Participation during School Recess and Perceived Barriers in Exercise for Elementary Student Participated in Sport Clubs

摘要


本研究旨在探討參加運動性社團的學生在課間運動參與動機與知覺運動阻礙因素之差異情形,同時探討是否參與過運動性社團對學童主動參與運動的影響。本研究以立意取樣方式,挑選臺中市2所國小的高年級學童共104名做為研究對象,採用研究者自編問卷進行調查,回收資料以獨立樣本t檢定進行分析,獲得以下結果:一、有無參加過運動性社團的學童,在課間運動參與動機的「成就需求」及「利益認知」層面上有顯著差異。在「成就需求」方面,曾參加過運動性社團的學童,大多在課間運動表現方面優於無參加過運動性社團的學童,因此比較主動參與課間運動;在「利益認知」方面來看,參加過運動性社團的學童可能是利用課間時段運動,來達到娛樂與健康的目的。二、有無參加過運動性社團的學童,在「個人外在因素」、「個人內在因素」以及「硬體因素」等三個知覺運動阻礙因素層面中,皆有顯著差異。

The purpose of this study was to discuss motivation in sport participation during school recess and obstruction factors. Elementary students participated in sport clubs affect its participating attitude were also discussed. 104 participants in fifth and sixth grade were selected from two elementary schools of Taichung by purposive sampling. Data was collected through survey and analyzed by t-test and one-way ANOVA. The results were discovered that ”accomplishment needs” and ”profit percipient” were significant. Participants who join or joined sport clubs achieve higher accomplishment than non-sport clubs participants and gain confidence during recess time. Sport clubs participants using recess time through sport to increase social interaction, health enhancement and refinement of sport skills. Non-sport clubs participants lack of motivation in school recess sport as well as obstruction factors were higher than sport clubs participants.
