個人閾值能力與街舞Breaking運動負荷之關係-個案探討

Relationships between Individual Threshold Capacity and Hip-Hop Breaking Dance-A Case Study

摘要


本研究主要目的在探討基礎耐力是否影響街舞Breaking能力。受試者為大專Breaking舞者一名,年齡22 years,舞齡5 years。身高與體重分別為162 cm與60kg。方法:研究測試分為基礎耐力與專項3次Breaking(3x)舞蹈兩項。基礎耐力運用腳踏車測功儀,以階梯式負荷方式進行,開始負荷為50 W,持續3min,負荷上昇25 W。專項測試以個人舞蹈方式進行,每次間歇60s。結果發現:個人有氧-無氧閾值為61.3W與83.8W,個人最大乳酸堆積達17.53 mmol/l,最大心跳率則為191min^(-1)。本研究結論:結果分析顯示Breaking運動負荷的主要能量來源為無氧糖酵解,而個人基礎耐力將影響舞蹈比賽間歇期快速恢復能力。

The purpose of this study was to confer whether basic endurance will have effects on breaking ability in street dance. One dancer (age: 22 years old, height: 162 cm, weight: 60 kg, training experience: 5 years) participated in this study. Method: To measure basic endurance and special ability test using breaking dances. The basic endurance is incremental exercise using the bicycle dynamometer, starting load of 50 W, continuous 3 min, increased load 25 W. Special ability test using breaking dances (3x breaking) each time interval 60 s. Result: Aerobic-anaerobic threshold watt were 61.3 and 83.8 W, individual maximal lactic acid 17.53 mmol/l, maximal heart rates is 191 min^(-1). Conclusion: Breaking the exercise load as a major of energy for anaerobic glycolysis, but individual basic endurance will affect the dance competition intervals period to restore ability fast.
