企業文化與領導風格對員工工作滿意度有著密不可分的關係,本研究主要以中華電信員工為研究對象,探討企業文化、家長式領導與工作滿意度的關聯性。本研究採用配額抽樣之方式抽取樣本,依中華電信員工所屬單位員工占全體員工人數比例抽取受訪者,總計發放600份問卷,回收樣本數為480份,扣除無效樣本36份後,有效樣本為444份,有效樣本回收率為92.5%。 透過敘述性統計、因素分析、信度分析、變異數分析、相關分析及多元迴歸分析進行分析,其主要研究結果如下: 1.創新型文化、支持型文化對工作滿意度有顯著的正向影響,而支持型文化對 工作滿意度的影響力大於創新型文化;官僚型文化對工作滿意度有顯著的負向影響。 2.仁慈領導、德行領導對工作滿意度有顯著的正向影響,其中德行領導對工作滿意度的影響力大於仁慈領導;威權領導對工作滿意度有顯著的負向影響。
There is close relationship among corporate culture, leadership types, and job satisfaction of employees. This study aims to explore the relationships among corporate culture, paternalistic leadership, and job satisfaction, using the Chunghwa Telecom employees as research objects. The method of quota sampling is adopted to get the samplings for this study. Total 600 questionnaires were sent to employees of respective branch office. 480 questionnaires were responded, 444 available samples. The available returned rate was 92.5%. Through the methods of descriptive statistics, factor analysis, reliability analysis, ANOVA, correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis, the main result of this study is listed as below: 1.Innovative culture and supportive culture have significantly positive effects on job satisfaction while supportive culture has even more than innovative one. Compared to this, there is significantly negative influence on job satisfaction while bureaucratic culture steps inside. 2.Moral leadership and benevolence leadership have significantly distinct positive effects on job satisfaction while moral leadership has even more on job satisfaction than benevolence one. Whereas, the negative influence increases significantly while authoritarianism leadership was implemented.
