With the rapid development of science and technology, the Internet had made the lives of people convenient. However, this also allowed terrorists use the Internet to spread terror ideas and initiate terrorist attacks. Therefore, the emergence of a new form of terrorism, cyberterrorism, is another type of terrorism ideology that is even more detrimental than the traditional terrorism of the past and more difficult to prevent. Cyberterrorism had undermined the international stability and had become a dilemma for all countries. This article explores the measures that China faces in the area of cyberterrorism activities. Before exploring this issue, it first need to define the cyberterrorism that China recognizes. The current sources of threats from inside and outside the country are scrutiny of China's current strategies, principles, policies and implementing agencies for cyberspace, and corresponding cases to observe China's actions as well as international views and influences.
